專升本英語語法基本知識（倒裝句）

在專升本英語考試中，倒裝句也會時常出現(xiàn)在單選和完型中，我們經常會看到only+狀語的形式，出現(xiàn)在開頭。因此，掌握一些必要的倒裝句知識，也是很有必要的，還會幫助我們在寫作中，寫出高級句型，從而凸顯出文章的亮點。今天繼續(xù)為大家?guī)砹说寡b句相關部分的內容，希望對大家有所幫助。

1.以here, there開頭的句子。一般為全部倒裝。

eg:Here comes the bus.

There exist two types of flying machines. (現(xiàn)有兩類飛行器)

2.以so, nor, neither引導的省略句。一般為部分倒裝。

①如果前面的肯定情況也適用于后者，后面用so來引導省略句并且要倒裝，倒裝句在時態(tài)上應與前面的句子保持一致， 助動詞的單復數(shù)應與主語保持一致。

②如果前面的否定情況也適用于后者，后面用nor/neither來引導省略句并且要倒裝，倒裝句在時態(tài)上應與前面的句子保持一致，助動詞的單復數(shù)應與主語保持一致。

eg:If you can do it, so can I.

I like watch football matches, so does my brother.

If you won't go, neither will he.

My sister doesn't like potatoes, nor do I.

3.only引出的狀語放在句首時，句子一般為部分倒裝。

eg:Only in this way can you hope to improve your English.

Only then did the doctor realize that his patient needed surgery.

4.表示否定或基本否定的詞或詞組放在句首作狀語時， 句子一般為部分倒裝。

eg:Not only did he show himself as a good student, but he also proved himself a good athlete.

Scarcely had I sat down when I heard the telephone rang.

Hardly had he arrived in the city when he heard the bad news.

No sooner had he come home than he was asked to start on another journey.

Little did I know about the matter.

In no way can theory be separated from practice. (決不能將理論同實踐分開)
